Administrative Team

Deanna graduated from North Shore Community College with an Associates
degree in health science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the spring
of 2014. She is currently a student at Fort Hays State University and
will graduate with her Bachelor’s in Psychology next year. She has
experience in pediatrics having worked in an outpatient clinic as well
as the school setting. Deanna has worked with children and adolescents
with a variety of disabilities and conditions including genetic disorders,
Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, learning disabilities,
developmental delays, traumatic brain injury, seizure disorders, Oppositional
Defiant Disorder, schizophrenia, Attention Deficit Disorder, and sensory
processing disorders. Deanna also has experience treating adults with
mental health issues. Deanna is licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas
through ECPTOTE. In addition, she holds certification through NBCOT. Deanna
has served as Level 1 fieldwork educated for occupational therapist students
and occupational therapy assistant students completing their clinical
field work in a pediatric setting.
